Sierra Matchking Bullets for Hunting | Sierra Gameking Bullets 22 Caliber
For rifles, the 52-grain 1410 bullet offers the shooter all the advantages of a boattail design for 200- to 300-yard competition.
In pistols with 22-caliber cartridges, Atomic Hunting Ammunition 223 Remington and Sierra Matchking 223 bullets often offer superior accuracy in competition shooting.
While recognized around the world for their record-breaking accuracy, Sierra Matchking 308 and 22 caliber Sierra bullets are not recommended for most hunting applications. Although Sierra 9377g, Sierra 1380c and Tipped MatchKing bullets are commonly used for varmint hunting, their design will not provide the same reliable explosive expansion at equivalent velocities in varmints compared to their lightly jacketed Hornet, Blitz, or Varminter counterparts.
Note: This product is designed for use in casks with a twist rate of 1 in 7″ to 1 in 10″. It will not stabilize adequately in barrels with a slower twist rate.
